Synopsis
FilmFATE is a poetic look at the director’s spirited grandmother, who leads her old Beirut family with modest self-assuredness. Not just an intimate portrait, the film also presents her generation’s lifestyle and ideas. With a sense for the magic of real life, it combines family scenes with depictions of their surroundings and individual human destiny.
